Welcome to JPOD Hotels. By accessing and using our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Check-In & Identification
Minimum check-in age is 18 years. All guests must present government-approved photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and Indian visa. The guest name must match the ID provided at check-in.
A one-way flight ticket is required for booking a POD. One POD per person is allowed.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is mandatory at check-in. Payments accepted in INR only via cash, Visa/MasterCard debit or credit cards.
All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Reservation & Amendments
Early check-in is subject to bed availability. Reducing the length of stay is strictly non-refundable. Guests under alcohol intoxication may be denied check-in without refund. Booking date changes are subject to availability and will incur additional charges plus GST. Date change requests must be submitted via the registered email ID.
4. Property Policies
The entire hotel premises is a non-smoking property. Shared washroom facilities are available. Outside food, alcohol, and footwear are not allowed in the POD area, rooms, lounge, or reception. Guests must leave their footwear in designated lockers upon check-in. Pets are not allowed.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Gambling, weapons, explosives Flammable items, poisons, drugs Contraband, prostitution, pungent food.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to deny check-in or cancel bookings if valid documents are not provided. No refund will be issued in such cases. All special requests are strictly subject to availability.
6. Media & Consent Policy
By checking in, you authorize JPOD Hotels Pvt. Ltd. to use:
Your feedback and opinion about our services, Any Feedback photograph or video taken by hotel staff with your permission during your stay, JPOD can use for promotional purposes across digital or print media platforms.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
By using this website and our services, you agree to abide by:
JPOD Hotels Pvt. Ltd.'s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy, All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Gujarat, India
